·         Affidavits – $5.00 for all signatures
·         Certificates (oath of affirmation and certificate) – $5.00 per certification copy (copy certifications)
·         Oaths – $5.00 per individual taking oath
·         Depositions $3.00 per page
·         Verification – $5.00
·         Powers of Attorney – Contact me for a quote
·         General Travel Fee – $25.00 (Due upon arrival)
·         Nursing Homes/Hospitals Travel Fee – $50.00 (Due upon arrival)

·         Loan  Signing $100.00 – $150.00 per job
·         $25.00 Loan E-Documents
·         $25.00 for Fax Backs
·         Additional loan documents (same appointment – call for quote)
·         Travel Fee – $25.00 (up to 30 miles)
